Always remember that there are certain Administrative Procedures to follow when issuing a Return, as outlined below, but we are committed to a "No Fuss" Return Policy so as to make it as easy as possible for you to return your purchase if necessary. You will find that we are a pleasure to deal with.

Request For return:
1) A Request for a Return must be made Within 30 Days from the date of purchase.
2) If your return is authorized, we will provide you with the necessary paperwork, which must be filled in and returned inside the box of the item being returned. We will also provide a shipping label to be placed on the outside of the box.
3) Each returned item must be in the original and resaleable condition.
Items must be returned Prepaid.
Defective Returns:
1) A Request for a Defective return must be made Within 30 Days from the date of purchase.
2) We will provide you with the necessary paperwork, which must be filled in and returned inside the box of the item being returned. We will also provide a shipping label to be placed on the outside of the box.
3) Once returned, the item will be inspected and if the defect is no fault of the consumer, the item will be repaired, replaced or a credit issue as Lee Middleton sees fit. Shipping costs will also be credited on defective items.
4) Credits take approximately four to six weeks.
Repairs:
1) Lee Middleton offers repair services for consumers. When a repair request is made, a repair Authorization Form with prices and an address label will be sent to you, which must be filled out an returned inside the box with the doll and the address label placed on the outside of the box.

Etched Glass Products
1) What if my order is damaged in shipping?
Contact us at 1-519-473-7783 or by Email to let us know. We'll ship a replacement for the damaged item right away at no extra charge.
2) What if I change my mind about my order?
If you change your mind before we ship (usually within two business days), call us at 1-519-473-7783 and we'll cancel your order immediately.
3) If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your order after it arrives, call at 519-473-7783 or Email us within 10 days of receiving it and tell us the problem.
4) If you want to exchange your order for another comparably priced item, we will ship you the replacement at no additional cost for the item or for shipping. We will arrange free shipping of your original purchase back to us.
5) If you choose to return your order, we will refund you 100% of the price of the item. You pay only the cost for shipping to your home, but we will arrange for and will pay the cost of shipping back to us.
6) Do you charge a restocking fee on returns?
No. We don't charge any restocking fees. We refund your entire purchase price of the item. You are responsible only for the cost of shipping to your home. We pay the full cost of shipping the item back to us.


Gift Baskets
Claims & Returns
All damage claims, discrepancies and late delivery claims must be made within 3 business days of the gift being received. There will be No exceptions to this policy. If a gift arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy Great Gifts & Collectibles will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner and to your satisfaction. Credits and or refunds will be at the sole discretion of Great Gifts & Collectibles and will only be issued if damaged gifts or discrepancies can be verified by the carrier. If you dispose of the gift before we can verify the damages/discrepancy we will not issue any refund.


A 20% restocking fee will be charged on returns.
