The personal follow up has also been very valuable in this case, as I live so far away and can do so little to make things go right. I guess you would gain some customers because of your expedite handling, whereas other companies would experience a loss in customers because of a long wait for the gifts/items to reach destination. It is so valuable to receive a well-wrapped and well-covered package without any damage. There is only one thing worse than not receiving a gift, that is receiving a damaged gift – it happens so often – so in this case it is absolutely a great relief to get a “little treasure” in mint condition!

I should be most happy to shop with you again, and can only compliment you on your handling in this matter, and I would not hesitate to recommend shopping at Great Gifts and Collectibles.

By the way, do you have any idea where the Lee Middleton Breath of Life Baby Jillian could be obtained (at least from a store who would be shipping to Denmark) I would very much like to hear from you. It is a little treasure just like Pink Quartz, she is dressed in a white dress, slightly pink cardigan, wears a bonnet and booties. She has closed eyes and hand-rooted (light)brown hair. It seems that there are a few left in some stores, but they do not ship to Denmark, just to the USA. If you by coincidence should know anything in this matter/be able to help out, please, do let me know – I might get the opportunity to make someone very happy – hopefully.
